2012-2013 CSA Sign-up

Locations and Times:

All pickups are from the start of November – end of February.

Guelph: St. James Anglican Church, 86 Glasgow St. N. Every other Tuesday from 5:30-7:00

Fergus: Centre Wellington District High School. Every other Tuesday from 3:30-3:50

Owen Sound: (location TBA) Every other Thursday from 5:00-6:00

Hanover: (location TBA) Every other Wednesday from 5:30-6:30

Pick-up at the farm: Between 3pm Wednesday and 3pm Thursday

Payments:

Two share sizes are available, and price varies by pick-up location:

• Small share:
  • Guelph, Fergus, Owen Sound pick-up: $275
  • Hanover, Farm pick-up: $265
• Large share:
  • Guelph, Fergus, Owen Sound pick-up: $380
  • Hanover, Farm pick-up: $370

Please include your phone number, address and e-mail address, as well as your selected pickup location and share size. We will send you a confirmation e-mail and receipt when we receive payment.
